Wholesale opportunities
To all prospective wholesale buyers:
Thanks for your interest in First Choice Reptiles! Our goal is to be your First Choice, and in pursuit of that goal, we import our animals from exclusive destinations, and cherry pick the individual animals that we obtain from in-country, so as to insure that the stock we send to your business is of the highest possible quality. Some of the animals we obtain cannot be found anywhere else in the United States. We believe in honesty and fairness, and as such, we do our best to uphold the quality of every animal we send your way. Alas, we can't control every free radical the world throws around, so if ever you are dissatisfied, please feel free to let us know, and we'll do everything in our power to make sure you continue to hold us in the highest esteem.
Our terms are service are simple, and simple is how we like to keep things. We do require a minimum order of $250 dollars for wholesale purchases within the continental US. If you are outside of the US, please contact us before placing an order. We may require proof of business license before you place your first order. We do guarantee live arrival, but upon this, place the following conditions: Live arrival is not guaranteed if the temperature in your region is currently above 90 degrees fahrenheit, or below 35 degrees fahrenheit. We definitely don't want you receiving boiled lizards, or frogsicles, so we do pack our animals accordingly, depending upon the conditions, with cold or heat packs, and in insulated boxes. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. Unfortunately, we simply can't control the mail, so if you have a preference of shipping companies, please let us know when you place your order, and we'll see to it that we ship it according to your preferences. Shipping is next day, to ensure safe delivery of our animals, and we will provide you with a shipping quote when you send us your order. Finally, in the event of receiving a DOA, we may require photographic proof of the loss.
