Before ordering from us, please be sure to read these terms in order to avoid miscommunication.  If you have any questions, you may contact us via phone or email.


1. Live arrival guarantee if carrier delivers on the FIRST attempt.  All guarantees are void if the animals are left unspoken for.

2. Live arrival guaranteed when area shipped to is no colder than 30 degrees Farenheit.

3 Live arrival guaranteed when area shipped to is no hotter than 90 degrees Farenheit.

4. We may guarantee certain animals regardless of weather situation aslong as you let us know about your current weather prior to shipping.

5. all WC animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. We do our best to treat for possible parasites but sometimes it is inevitable.We do not guarantee WC animals to be free of parasites. The best course of action is to get a fecal check done by a qualified vet or individual as soon as the animal is settled in to determine if further medication is required. Fecal examinations are inexpensive and we recommend them for any animal you purchase anywhere whether it be WC or CB.

6. WC live arrival guarantee is for 24 hours from when the shipment is received.

7. CB animals come with a 3 day health guarantee. No guarantee for negligence on the part of the recipient.

8.ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR IMPULSE BUYS.  Please ensure that you do sufficient research on the species you select BEFORE purchasing!

9. You must notify us of any DOAs within 4 hours of the shipments arrival. Photos are almost always required for DOA animals.

10. If you recieve any DOAs you will receive a credit for the amount of that individual animal minus any shipping costs. No Refunds will be given!

11. All animals are represented to the best of our ability.Some animals are not accurately sexable. If this is the case we will sell the animals unsexed.

Please understand that we do our absolute best to get your purchase to you free from any avoidable issues, but remember also that we are HUMAN.  These are LIVE ANIMALS, and though we try to select the healthiest individuals for shipping, we simply cannot control every possible aspect of the shipping process.      If you have an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve the problem.  We look forward to your business, and thanks for making us your First Choice!

Export requirements

We have the ability to ship our animals anywhere in the world as long as there is a major airport near you that we can route through Miami International Airport.  Here are our export requirements:

-$1000 minimum order for NON CITES animals
-$2000 minimum for CITES species
-Full amount to be paid prior to shipping.
-CITES reexport permits take approximately 3-4 weeks start to finish
-CITES for CB animals can take up to 90 days but usually less
-NO refunds will be given if you change your mind during this period of time.
-Some animals are not eligible for export. Please check with us prior to making your order to see what is avaialable for export. Prices listed on list price are valid for export only, no 'buy now' purchases for exportation.

Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy and the same TOS apply to export orders as domestic.  Only credit will be given for DOA animals.
