Shipping and Ordering Instructions
Feel free to use the shopping cart system for your purchase.
If you are having a hard time with the shopping cart or do not want to process your payment with paypal you can call us and pay with a credit card over the phone.
Instructions:
Add all the items for your order into the shopping cart. If you are already a registered user with paypal you can log into your account to pay but you do not have to be a registered user to pay using this function.
Shipping is calculated automaticaly depending on your zip code. The shipping calulator does not account for bulk items such as large tortoises or snakes. If this is the case we will let you know after your order the difference in the shipping amount for the animal purchased and send you a link to pay for that difference(in most situations this will not be the case.
The shipping calculator calculates Fedex or UPS freight charges. If your order already includes shipping do not enter your zip code into the shipping calculator. If you need to erase the shipping charges just erase the zip code and press update.
We also provide a USPS shipping option for frogs, lizards and invertibrates in which case you can use those links below for the shipping charges, and add that amount to your shopping cart to pay the shipping charges.

Shipping quoted is Overnight shipping with Fedex express. Your order usually ships within 24 hours of ordering but due to the nature of our business can take up to 3 business days to process. Please email prior to ordering if time of arrival is a concern to you.
