1.Our WC guarantee is live healthy arrival only, if you think there is a problem notify us immediately or we will not
be held responsible
2. All d.o.a's should be reported within 12 hours after they are recieved.

4. all guarantees are void if the purchaser, does not accept the package on the first attempt
5. We guarantee all of our Reptiles and Amphibians to Arrive alive and healthy, and to your satisfaction. If they are
not up to your standards, please contact and let us know.
6. We only accept returns under extreme circumstances in which I deem appropriate.
7. We do not allow returns(for payment) for IMPULSE purchases. Your payment will only be returned if I feel that
it is nescessary.
8. Your shipment will be shipped out as soon as possible(usually within 1-2 business days). We will notify you if
anything changes.
9. we guarantee all of our animals to arrive live, and healthy. If you are not happy about something, we require you
to contact us within 12 hours of the time that they arrive. We will give you a credit for the amount of the animal towards
a future purchase, Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer
10. all w.c animals are guaranteed for a Live Healthy arrival. There is no further health guarantee. If a w.c animal
appears ill upon arrival, please contact us asap.
11. all guarantees are Null and Void If weather is below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees.
12. all CB animals come with a 3 day health guarantee
13. WC animals are not guaranteed to acclimate in captivity, it is the buyers responsibility to research the animals husbandry
prior to purchase.
14. NO Guarantee of any sort for sales to a minor. Minors need parental consent before purchase
15. Exports are subject to a $1000 minimum for NON CITES and a $2000 minimum for CITES species. Payment is 1/2 before CITES
and the other half prior to shipping. Not all animals are available for export, please contact us for more info.
